Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Bring the Morning, we offer shipping to all major cities in South Africa.

 

All ready made orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment has been received. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Custom orders carry a longer lead time in production. You will be notified of dispatch within four weeks of receiving payment. Communications will be made should sourcing/dying/processing of fabrics impact delivery estimations.

Return & Exchange Policy

Contact by email must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.

All concerns regarding the fit, color, and/or quality of the order, as well as details of the exchange, should be directed to hello@bringthemorning.com

We are happy for you to exchange your item for a different size, colour, for an item to the same value or for Store Credit . The value of the Store Credit will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item that you have returned.

We will only refund in cash if the product has a defect, if the product is faulty, or if there was a stock mistake when the purchase was made. 

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for return. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@bringthemorning.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Please retain the proof of shipment until your refund/exchange is processed.
